Amazing product and service. I would give more stars if I could! I haven't used this company before but will definitely be buying from them again. I received my first order with a slight chip on the cup. I emailed Keep it Personnal and within minutes I had a reply to say that a replacement will be sent. I never expected it to arrive the next morning. Fantastic company and very friendly staff ?

Great customer service and products. I am a repeat customer and have had great customer service. My most recent order didn’t go through properly with the engraving details and I was contacted first thing the following morning for details and the product still arrived on time. Products are always well packaged.

I order personalised champagne flutes for my brothers wedding. When the first order arrived on the Thursday afternoon approx 2.30pm there was a slight issue with the order. I contacted customer service who not only did the order again but sent it out to arrive at a different address (as travelling to the wedding). The order arrived the very next day at 10.30am.
The champagne flutes and presentation box are beautiful and the customer service is second to none. So rare nowadays and I can’t thank them enough.

I ordered a personalised oak frame . I wanted a slightly bespoke piece so contacted the company . Such good fast communication, nothing was too much trouble . When the item arrived the item was packaged perfectly . The frame was such good quality and the personalisation was just what I asked for . It’s very rare these days to get a quality service but ‘keep it personal ‘ you nailed it . Well done , would definitely recommend .

Couldn't believe the price and quality, absolute bargain. Forever buying glasses with transfers and promises of items not washing off etc.. and of course they all did. Decided to spend a bit extra so bought this tankard, and I love it. best of all it won't wear or wash off. Really fast delivery from purchase to delivery was a matter of days

Ordered two cushions of my cats and they are brilliant. The pictures have come out amazing and the quality of the cushions are superb. Ordered tuesday and arrived on thursday. Highly recommend this product!!!

I ordered a christening gift through this company and was absolutely delighted with both the attitude and service of them as well as, crucially, the product itself.

I was impressed that shortly after my order they had spotted a potential mistake I had given for the personalisation instructions and were straight on the case and got in touch with me to ask and double check. I also told them I needed the gift urgently, as needed to take it abroad with me. They were so helpful, accomodating and made efforts to do this, and indeed, I received it very quickly.

The product itself was a beautifully crafted Noah's Ark set which is a lovely and unique keepsake... and the recipients also completely loved it.
